Last Asylum: Plague Wikiguides, heroes, gift codes and tier lists

Welcome to the Last Asylum: Plague wiki

This wiki gathers what a player needs to know about Last Asylum: Plague, sold in Russian app stores under the title "Last Asylum: Выживание в чуме" and known among Russian-speaking players as "ласт асулум" or "ласт асилум". Every page answers a single question: which hero to level, what to build first, where to enter a gift code, which five heroes to send into a fight. The numbers on those pages come from the data of the game itself, and each one carries a verification date.

By genre the game is a 4X survival base builder: a plague doctor raises the Sanctuary after an epidemic, recruits heroes and divides territory with the neighbors on the server. Development runs along two lines at once: the city grows through buildings and research, while the heroes and their squads hold their own ground and take someone else's. The game came out in February 2026 on iOS and Android, with no versions for computers or consoles. The publisher, the developer and the premise are covered on About the game.

The wiki holds 180 pages: 32 heroes with stats and skills, 46 buildings with costs and unlock conditions, and next to them events, research and the economy. The tables are built from the data of game version 1.0.87 and rebuilt with every update, rather than copied from other guides. Who runs the wiki is set out on About the wiki, and how the numbers are checked on How numbers are verified. Alongside the articles the wiki runs calculators: a squad build and an arena match-up are worked out in the browser from the same data. The wiki sections and the latest guides are listed below.

Where to enter gift codes

Codes get hunted in the first days, when diamonds are short for both recruiting and a second builder, while the handout stays a one-time grant, the same for every account, so later on it settles nothing. The way in depends on the device, since Android takes the code inside the game, and an iPhone leaves only the publisher's redemption page. Live codes and both routes are collected on Gift codes.

Which heroes to level

A tier says how far a hero climbs once fully upgraded, not how much use that hero is in a squad right now: a highly placed name can wait months for its shards. The order holds to figures the game supplies, and it shifts with an update rather than with opinion. The full ranking, with each hero's role and faction, is on Hero tier list.

Where to start on a new server

The order of the first days counts for more than speed: buildings and research unlock one another, and a queue put together at random runs into conditions the player learns about once construction has already started. Undoing an early choice costs the most, because the resources are gone and speedups do not come back. The order itself, step by step, is worked through on Where to start.

Account and FAQ

Binding and switching the account, deletion under the publisher's policy and safe purchases are gathered on Account, moving between servers, server time and closed servers on Changing server, installing through an emulator on Playing on PC, and short answers to the questions players bring from search are on FAQ.

Which squad to play

A player fields not the best five in the game but the best five already unlocked. That five is put together by the Squad Builder calculator: the heroes on hand get ticked off, and it ranks the combinations they allow. Why some line-ups hold while others fall apart is explained on Hero squads.

Crystal Cluster Valley (Crystal Valley): veins, skills and rank rewards
Guide

Rosters reach 350 players, skills are taken one out of two pairs 5 times, and first place in a zone pays 300,000 crystals against 100,000 for a fort stage.

Caravans: load, robbery and research branch
Guide

The top caravan quality carries 6.0x what the lowest does, and the list of 12 runs refreshes free once a day, so quality beats the number of runs.

Survival Battle: five phases with their own points
Guide

Five phases each score only their own actions: a hero recruit pays 400 points, a unit of energy 100, and a minute of speedup 10 in three phases out of five.

Alliance Expedition
Guide

Six camps of 40 to 60 monsters and 3 attempts each, while accumulated damage grants up to 10% more damage, which makes the later camps easier than the first.

Alliance League: Elite, Epic and Mythic
Guide

Scrolls run from 750 at the bottom of the lowest league to 3,120 for first place in the highest, so promotion outweighs climbing the ranks inside a team.

Bosses: Abyss, weekend and alliance boss
Guide

A mismatched faction loses half its damage on the Abyss boss, the weekend boss allows only 3 attacks, and the alliance boss runs 12 levels of shared damage.

Alliance Digs
Guide

A spot that takes 2 h alone is cleared in 4 min 48 s by five diggers, because speed scales with the square of their number, and everyone still gets paid.

Alliance Duel: payout, branch and mistakes
Guide

The Alliance Duel branch costs 54,110 Study Scrolls, while a week of the event pays 840 for a win and 420 for a loss, so it fills up over months.
