The account in Last Asylum: Plague belongs to the platform of the publisher 37GAMES GLOBAL, not to the game itself: binding, switching and deleting the account happen in the platform window that opens from the game settings, not in the game menus. This page gathers what players ask most often: where the official site is, how to bind and switch the account, how to start a character on another server, how to delete the account, how to play on a computer and where to buy diamonds without risk. The facts were checked on 8 September 2026.
Official site and support
The official site of the game is last-asylum.com, run by the publisher 37GAMES GLOBAL, and it links to the game's pages on Google Play and the App Store. Every other site with the game's name in its address, this wiki included, is unrelated to the publisher. The official community lives on Discord, and the invitation is built into the game itself. Support opens inside the game: the profile icon in the top left corner, then Settings and Help. More about the game and its developer is on the About the game page.
Binding and switching the account
Until the account is bound it lives on one device only and is lost together with it. Binding goes through the publisher's platform window: the game settings lead there, as does the Bind for Reward window in the special events tab, and an external account such as Google or Facebook can be bound. Binding pays a reward, but the point of it is different: after binding the game can be entered from any device under the same account.
The same platform window switches the account to another one. The game then restarts and shows the login screen again, and after login it offers the choice of server and character. This is also how services that enter someone else's account with the owner's consent work: they open the account switch window over the tutorial on the first launch.
A new character on another server
One account can hold several characters on different servers, and the choice between them is made in the server list on the login screen. A character on a new server starts from scratch, and the old city stays on its own server. Moving a city between servers is not provided in the game, and tips like "change server and keep progress" do not apply to this game.
How to delete the account
Account deletion goes through the publisher, not through the game. Under the 37GAMES privacy policy a request to delete data is sent by email to global.support@37games.com, and the publisher replies within one month. The letter should name the game, the server and the character, as well as the account the game is bound to. Deleting only the character on one server while keeping the others is not described by the policy, so such a request is best stated explicitly.
Playing on a computer
The game has no versions for computers or consoles; it is released only on iOS and Android. On PC it is played through Android emulators, most often BlueStacks and LDPlayer: the regular Google Play version is installed in the emulator, and the account from the phone is carried over by binding. The publisher has released no official Windows client, and programs under such a name are best avoided.
Where to buy diamonds
Packs are sold inside the game at the app store price, and the game itself warns by mail: the only safe way to buy diamonds is a purchase through the player's own account in the game, while offers to sell resources in chat and on social networks come from scammers. Third-party top-up sites are not connected to the publisher, and buying there means handing the account login to a foreign service. What every purchase gives and which of them pay off is covered on the Spending page, and free rewards are handed out through gift codes.
