The FAQ gathers what players look for on this wiki and in search engines: codes, the account, Sanctuary requirements, squads and Might. Every answer is short, and the details live on the linked page. The answers were checked against the game data on 8 September 2026.
Codes and account
Where is a gift code entered? In the game settings: the profile icon in the top left corner, then Settings and Gift Code. The iPhone build has no such row, so the code goes into the publisher's redemption site. The steps and the code table are on the Gift codes page.
Why is a code refused? Most often it has expired, has already been used on this account, was typed with a mistake or was issued for another region. The reasons are covered on the Gift codes page.
How is the account deleted? Through the publisher: under the 37GAMES policy the request is sent by email to global.support@37games.com, and the reply comes within a month. Details on the Account page.
How is the account or server changed? The account is switched in the publisher's platform window from the game settings, after which the game restarts. A character on another server is started from the server list on the login screen, and moving a city between servers is not provided. More on the Account page.
Is there a PC version? No, the game is released only on iOS and Android. On a computer it is played through Android emulators such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer, and the account is carried over by binding. More on the Account page.

Sanctuary and buildings
What does Sanctuary level 25 need? A level 24 Research Lab, level 24 Training Grounds, a level 10 Herb Storage and 292 clinic stars, and the build itself takes 22 days 3 hours without speed-ups. The requirements of every level are on the Sanctuary page, and the queue for a particular city is computed by the build calculator.
How many Sanctuary levels are there? Thirty, and the last five levels take longer than the first twenty-five. The time of every level is on the Sanctuary page.
How is the third squad unlocked? The third march queue comes with the Squad 3 building, which appears at Sanctuary level 20. Squad 4 unlocks earlier, at level five. More on the Squads: best compositions page.
What is the Smelting Workshop for? It produces Gearstones, the consumable for strengthening hero gear, and unlocks at Sanctuary level 5. More on the Smelting Workshop page.
Heroes and Might
Which heroes are worth leveling? Those standing higher in the tier list: the rank there comes from the hero's maximum Might, and within one role the choice between two heroes is decided by the same number. The five from the player's own heroes is picked by the squad builder.
Which squad is the best? The one built from the player's own heroes: ready compositions and the rules of assembly are on the Squads: best compositions page, and the calculation for a particular roster is done by the squad builder.
How is Might raised? Might is made of fourteen sources with different weights, and research, hero levels and buildings raise it fastest. What weighs how much and where the limit lies is on the Might page.
What does the faction bonus give? Faction statues strengthen every hero of their faction at once and at level 20 unlock the shards of its heroes. More on the Warrior Statue, Ranger Statue and Warlock Statue pages.
Events
Where are the Quiz of Wisdom answers? Every question with its correct answer and a row search is on the Quiz of Wisdom page; the event opens from Sanctuary level 6, and diamonds are paid even for a wrong answer.
When does the Royal City Scramble start? On server day 27, and the event window shows from Sanctuary level 15. Rules and rewards on the Royal City Scramble page.
Who takes part in the Elixir Race? The top 32 alliances of the server by Might, a player needs Sanctuary level 15, and troops on the map are free. The map and the capture order are on the Elixir Race page.
What is there to do every day? The list of daily actions, from Falcon Quests to alliance help, is on the Daily routine page, and the plan for the first week is on the First days page.
