**The FAQ** gathers what players look for on this wiki and in search engines: codes, the account,
Sanctuary requirements, squads and Might. Every answer is short, and the details live on the linked
page. The answers were checked against the game data on 8 September 2026.
## Codes and account
**Where is a gift code entered?** In the game settings: the profile icon in the top left corner, then
Settings and Gift Code. The iPhone build has no such row, so the code goes into the publisher's
redemption site. The steps and the code table are on the [[gift-codes|Gift codes]] page.
**Why is a code refused?** Most often it has expired, has already been used on this account, was
typed with a mistake or was issued for another region. The reasons are covered on the
[[gift-codes|Gift codes]] page.
**How is the account deleted?** Through the publisher: under the 37GAMES policy the request is sent
by email to global.support@37games.com, and the reply comes within a month. Details on the
[[account|Account]] page.
**How is the account or server changed?** The account is switched in the publisher's platform
window from the game settings, after which the game restarts. A character on another server is
started from the server list on the login screen, moving a city between servers is not provided,
and purchased heroes do not follow to a new server. Server time, closed servers and the migration

**Is there a PC version?** No, the game is released only on iOS and Android. On a computer it is
played through Android emulators such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer, and the account is carried over by
binding. The install and transfer steps are on the [[pc|Playing on PC]] page.
**How is the name spelled?** Officially Last Asylum: Plague, in Russian stores "Last Asylum:
Выживание в чуме". Russian-speaking players write it in Cyrillic as "ласт асулум" or "ласт асилум",
and both spellings lead to the same game; the publisher and the developer are covered on the
[[last-asylum-plague|About the game]] page.
**Is the server really shutting down in 30 days?** No. The message that "the game is shutting down,
the alliance is moving to another game, add the leader on Discord" is sent by recruiters for another
game who are paid per player brought in. Real announcements come from the publisher inside the game
and on the official site, and an alliance that demands Discord under threat of a kick is better

## Sanctuary and buildings
**What does Sanctuary level 25 need?** A level 24 Research Lab, level 24 Training Grounds, a level
10 Herb Storage and 292 clinic stars, and the build itself takes 22 days 3 hours without speed-ups.

**How many Sanctuary levels are there?** Thirty, and the last five levels take longer than the first
twenty-five. The time of every level is on the [[building-sanctuary|Sanctuary]] page.
**How is the third squad unlocked?** The third march queue comes with the Squad 3 building, which
appears at Sanctuary level 20. Squad 4 unlocks earlier, at level five. More on the

**What is the Smelting Workshop for?** It produces Gearstones, the consumable for strengthening hero
gear, and unlocks at Sanctuary level 5. More on the [[building-smelting-workshop|Smelting Workshop]] page.
**How is Troop Capacity raised?** Only the Barracks set the cap: their levels and the fourth Barracks
that a research node opens. Hero CMD does not affect the cap, it limits the size of a marching squad.

## Heroes and Might
**Which heroes are worth leveling?** Those standing higher in the [[hero-tier-list|tier list]]: the
rank there comes from the hero's maximum Might, and within one role the choice between two heroes is
decided by the same number. The five from the player's own heroes is picked by the
[squad builder](/en/wiki/squad-builder).
**Which squad is the best?** The one built from the player's own heroes: ready compositions and the
rules of assembly are on the [[hero-teams|Squads: best compositions]] page, and the calculation for a
particular roster is done by the [squad builder](/en/wiki/squad-builder).
**How is Might raised?** Might is made of fourteen sources with different weights, and research, hero
levels and buildings raise it fastest. What weighs how much and where the limit lies is on the
[[power|Might]] page.
**What does the faction bonus give?** Faction statues strengthen every hero of their faction at once
and at level 20 unlock the shards of its heroes. More on the [[building-warrior-statue|Warrior Statue]],
[[building-ranger-statue|Ranger Statue]] and [[building-warlock-statue|Warlock Statue]] pages.
**Who is Elaine?** Not a hero but a survivor: the Shadow Mercenary Elaine holds her post alone and
adds CMD and ATK to every hero, taking the post by herself after 10 fragments. Her bonuses and the

## Events
**Where are the Quiz of Wisdom answers?** Every question with its correct answer and a row search is
on the [[quiz|Quiz of Wisdom]] page; the event opens from Sanctuary level 6, and diamonds are paid even
for a wrong answer.
**When does the Royal City Scramble start?** On server day 27, and the event window shows from
Sanctuary level 15. Rules and rewards on the [[royal-city|Royal City Scramble]] page.
**Who takes part in the Elixir Race?** The top 32 alliances of the server by Might, a player needs
Sanctuary level 15, and troops on the map are free. The map and the capture order are on the
[[elixir-race|Elixir Race]] page.
**What is there to do every day?** The list of daily actions, from Falcon Quests to alliance help, is
on the [[daily-routine|Daily routine]] page, and the plan for the first week is on the
[[first-days|First days]] page.
**What is the golden egg given for?** For someone else's success: when an alliance member raises the
Sanctuary to level 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 27 or 30 or earns the Battle King reward, they hand out diamonds
to the alliance, and twenty people manage to claim a share. The sums are on the [[alliance|Alliance]] page.
**How is the Pirate Legacy found?** It is not searched for on the map: it is a Falcon Quest of
legendary quality that shows up in the quest list from tower level 3 in roughly one case out of two
hundred. The dig allows 8 hours, allies speed it up with a rally, and the reward is 850 diamonds, a
resource chest, Raven Essence and a Raven gear chest. The other quests are on the

**What is the Hunt Battle?** An alliance event started by an R4 or R5: five waves of Wandering Blight
on the alliance territory, nine difficulties and chests of Gearstones for every wave. The reward table

**Where is the Gold Thief caught?** In the Thief Hunt event: the thieves show on the map, cost 10
energy, drop Lion Coins and up to 1,360 Raven Fruit, and the Thief Leader is taken by a rally. The coin
