Hero conversion: what it takes and gives

Contents

Hero conversion exists in one form only: SSR Claire becomes advanced Claire of UR rarity. The trade happens once and cannot be undone, and the original heroine has to be fully starred first. The new form arrives with six stars already in place, though every star after that costs twice as much as before.

What it takes

Three conditions apply, and the conversion screen checks all of them.

RequirementValue
Itemone Claire upgrade mark
Stars on the originalmaximum, all 50
Seasonavailable from the eighth day of the season

The mark is awarded for a seasonal achievement tied to virus resistance. It cannot be used from the inventory, only through the conversion screen.

What it gives

The new form does not start from scratch: six full stars out of ten are there from the first moment, and by player reports the shards and skill badges invested in the old version come back, including those spent in the Hall of Honor. They do not stretch to the former ten stars: the new form needs 950 shards to reach eight stars against 475 for the ordinary one, and 1,950 against 975 to reach ten. The UR version has skills of its own, marked as advanced, and each star costs twice as much, 1,950 shards for the full track against 975.

The Might cap is identical for both versions, at 685,150. Their level templates differ, yet by level one hundred and fifty the stats land in almost the same place. The point of the conversion is rarity rather than Might: some content asks for top-quality heroes, such as the upper covert operations that need two of them in the party.

The old Claire disappears from the hero list afterwards, and the conversion cannot be repeated.

Is it worth it

The conversion consumes a fully starred heroine and returns a UR version with six stars on day one. The decision is made once and cannot be reversed.
