An umbrella event: 7 contests run under it in turn, each counting its own actions, from castle 6. Actions are priced very unevenly, so what matters is the price of a given action in the current contest.

The dearest actions are a UR trade caravan at 5,000 points and a UR covert operation at 2,000, counted in Full Development and Survival Battle. A falcon task pays 1,000 and counts in three contests out of seven.
Troop Preparation is the opposite case: nothing there is expensive, a gift purchase at 30 points is the best single action and speedups pay 20 a minute.
A gift purchase scores 30 points per diamond in all seven contests, the only action that always counts.
A second identical event runs as its own set, with Raven Boost in place of Resource Gathering: a falcon task pays 1,350 there and raven essence 300.

Most contests work this way: five steps up to 10 000 points, the top one paying a universal UR hero fragment and two recruit tickets. Raven Boost from the second set is the outlier, with thresholds running to 180 000 points and five tickets at the top.
