← Lord Statue: levels, cost and upgrades

**Lord Statue** opens the Lord's specialization: forty levels that raise virus resistance EXP per hour. There are also 44 active skills such as instant research, on cooldowns running from two hours to nearly five days. The building unlocks after Sanctuary level 10 and goes up to level 1. Only one can be built.

## Levels and cost
Reference levels of the building: what it gives, how much Might it brings and what the next step costs.
| Level | Might | Cost | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0 | :res-grain: Grain 12, :res-wood: Timber 9 | under a minute |
## Full upgrade
Taking the building from level 1 to 1 costs :res-grain: Grain 12, :res-wood: Timber 9. Pure build time without speed-ups: under a minute.
This building gives no stat bonus: it unlocks an option rather than percentages.
## How to use it
The Lord Statue is the only building in the city that brings no Might at all: 0 for a price of 12 Grain and 9 Timber. The three faction statues work the other way round: the Warrior Statue gathers 272,400 Might over 299 days of upgrades, and the Warlock Statue and the Ranger Statue give almost the same over the same span. All four share nothing but a word in the name.
Sanctuary level 10 unlocks nothing else, so the Lord Statue gets in nobody's way: the queue at that moment is still finishing the 2nd Workbench from level 9, which needs 349 days.
The value of the statue is the Lord's specialization: forty levels, each granting one skill point and raising virus resistance EXP per hour. There are 44 skills, instant research among them, on cooldowns running from two hours to five days. Points accumulate to a quarter of what all the skills need, so the statue goes up at once while the spending of those points deserves thought before the first investment.
The price of the statue, 21 resources, matches both stables and the Temple, yet those bring 500 Might each while the Lord Statue brings zero. Raising it for the Might counter is pointless, and no other building in the city can be described that way. What it costs is returned by the first levels of the specialization. The statue itself has a single level that never rises. The forty levels of the specialization are raised with Lord EXP rather than with city resources, so after installation the building asks for nothing more.
